Dreams really do come true. We are thrilled to announce our first Dual Dog Hall of Fame, American and Canadian Champion, UKC Hunting Retriever Champion, Master Hunter, Canine Good Citizen, Working Certificate Excellent title holder: Winnie!

To achieve both AKC Championship and Master Hunter titles with a dog we bred is humbling. Thank you to her wonderful co-owners, Dave & Heidi Bateman and all the top professionals who not only contributed, but without their help and support this dream would not have been possible. Andy Fontenot, for his expert field training and handling, Janice Hayes for Winnie's AKC Championship, Heidi Gervais for her Canadian Championship and co-breeders, Ken Matthews & Wayne Miller for their friendship and guidance throughout the years.

This young girl has exceeded our expectations! Winnie is a great example of a Golden succeeding in both the show and field arenas.

Winnie is a versatile and adaptable young girl. She was able to go between hunt tests and conformation shows, never losing focus or her enthusiasm and love of the sport. Aside from achieving most of her titles before age three, she has also qualified for her first Master Hunter National. We are so proud of this girl.

Winnie is a lovely, confident girl with an outgoing personality. She’s a fast learner who is eager

to please. She’s a dream to work with in field and obedience events as well as the conformation ring.

A focused competitor one minute, a goofball the next.

She is owned by David & Heidi Bateman and Scott & Debra Dalgleish.
